Phase 001.
Internal Health
Instead of jumping to cutting calories and working out harder, we step back to better understand why those things aren't working for you.
Within the first phase of the program, we work on building a strong foundation that allows your body to shift out of that stressed, bloated, exhausted and stuck mode into a place where your body is able to actually change.
The internal health phase is all about addressing the underlying struggles that are keeping your metabolism stuck and keeping you from seeing results, like high levels of stress and inflammation on the body, insulin resistance or blood sugar dysregulation, gut distress or digestive issues, and more.
You'll come out of this first phase with endless energy, less bloating, better sleep and a stronger metabolism. And if you're like most of my clients, you'll also get to bask in weight loss results during this phase as a result of a healthier body.
Phase 002.
Fat Loss
Now that your metabolism is revved up and you're capable of showing up each day feeling your best, it's time to shift into focusing solely on the fat loss phase of the program.
You've done the hard work of getting your body functioning at its best, now it's time to reap the benefits without feeling like you need to eat 1200 calories and workout 6 days a week to see results.
Within this phase we will focus on proper macro strategies and workout routines to ensure that you are getting the best results possible, without putting you back into that stressed, bloated, exhausted and stuck mode.
You'll come out of this phase telling all of your friends how much better you feel in your body, you'll be buying a whole new wardrobe and wishing you would have focused on your internal health years ago.
Phase 003.
Maintenance
You've done healing, you've lost the weight, you feel AMAZING but like... now what?
In the past, you have lost weight but then as soon as you stopped dieting, being strict and started living your life again... you gained it all back.
Not this time.
After we've gotten you to your weight loss goal and have addressed your health concerns, it's time to do the work to help you sustain it.
We'll rebuild your calories back to a place where you have full food flexibility in a way that allows you to maintain that weight loss, ween you off of tracking and let you fully enjoy life without worry of backtracking.
